At Lavish Decors, every event is carefully planned and customized to meet our clients’ preferences. To ensure smooth execution, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after receiving a 50% advance deposit.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit
The 50% advance deposit is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed. This deposit covers event planning, scheduling, consultation, and the reservation of your event date.
3. Custom Decorations & Personalized Items
Many of our decorations are customized based on your event requirements, including:
- Personalized name boards
- Balloon arrangements
- Floral decorations
- Theme backdrops
- Printed materials
- Custom props and décor elements
Once production, customization, or procurement of these items has begun, they cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Cancellation by the Customer
If you choose to cancel your booking after confirmation:
- The 50% advance deposit is non-refundable.
- Any additional expenses already incurred for customized materials, special orders, personalized décor, or event preparation may also be payable by the customer, where applicable.

| Within 6 days of your booking | No refund | Due to the advanced stage of event preparation, no refunds will be issued. Please refer to our rescheduling policy and exceptional circumstances, if applicable. |
Note: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or WhatsApp) and will be considered effective from the date they are received.
5. Cancellation by Lavish Decors
In the unlikely event that Lavish Decors is unable to provide the booked services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, any amount paid beyond non-recoverable expenses will be refunded where applicable.
